Operating Partner, Revenue Cycle Management Data Scientist

Christopher Bahrke joined Varsity Healthcare Partners as an Operating Partner after serving in several leadership roles focused primarily on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in the healthcare industry. He brings 27 years of experience in system design, management, implementation, technology and financial strategic planning, systems integration, and process improvement.

Most recently, Mr. Bahrke was the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle and Process Innovation at Diversicare Healthcare Services, where he designed and developed the company’s central billing office, supporting 77 facilities across 9 states. He also designed and implemented several custom applications to enhance efficiency across the revenue cycle. Prior to joining Diversicare, Mr. Bahrke oversaw the design, development and implementation of payer compliance reimbursement software, which was sold to the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA).

Mr. Bahrke began his career with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in Atlanta, where his primary focus was financial process and software implementation across multiple industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
