Mark D’Addato brings over 20 years of financial and operational leadership in healthcare where he has held several executive positions. His healthcare experience includes physician practice management, ambulatory care, telemedicine, software service, healthcare coding services, managed care, medical device and not-for-profit health care. Most recently, he served as the transitional executive officer of Family Care Partners, a multi-state primary care practice in the southeast. Mr. D’Addato was also the CFO of National Spine and Pain Centers, one of the largest pain management practices in the nation. He has led a successful exit of Impulse Monitoring, Inc as the CFO & VP of Operations, the largest intraoperative monitoring company in the nation, and a successful exit for SafeOp Surgical, Inc, a medical device company. Mr. D’Addato began his career at Ernst & Young where he spent six years within the audit and healthcare consulting practices. Mr. D’Addato is a licensed is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a BS in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and an MBA from George Washington University.

Mr. D’Addato serves on the Board of Directors for Ventra Health and Surgical Affiliates Management Group.
