Rosemary Free brings over 27 years of financial and operational leadership in healthcare. Her industry healthcare experience covers physician practice management in radiology and ophthalmology, for-profit hospitals, and hospital outsourced services including transaction due diligence and integration.

She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Vision Innovation Partners, the leading platform for ophthalmology service providers in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Ms. Free was also a partner at Ernst & Young, serving as the Northeast Transaction Advisory Services Healthcare Market Leader, where she advised private equity and corporate entities on both buy- and sell-side opportunities. Her healthcare experience at EY included a broad array of healthcare and life science sectors along the continuum of care. Ms. Free is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She received a BS in Business Administration from Belmont University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
