Ryan Mott joined Varsity Healthcare Partners as an Associate in 2023. Prior to joining Varsity, Mr. Mott was an Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Kroll, where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions in the medical device, technology, and healthcare services industries. Mr. Mott began his career at Chartwell Financial Advisory, a boutique middle market financial services firm. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in 2018 with a BS in Finance and Accounting.
