Sandeep Dhuper joined Varsity Healthcare Partners as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer in 2023, bringing with him over 20 years of asset management and accounting experience. Prior to joining Varsity, Mr. Dhuper was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Glendon Capital Management, a special situations delayed draw investment fund. Prior to his post at Glendon Capital Management, Mr. Dhuper served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Winona Capital Management, a growth private equity fund, and before that, as Managing Director, Head of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Z Capital Group, a distressed/turnaround private equity fund and credit hedge fund. He holds a BA in Finance from Michigan State University, and an MS in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
